2. Fit Out - Suspended ceilings, aluminum fabrications, stud partitioning, terrazzo flooring, soft flooring, ceramic tiling, decorating, dry lining, formation of floor ducts and drainage systems to refrigeration equipment, checkouts and access systems
3. Finishes - Plastering, walls, ceilings, floor finishes, including fire integrity protection
4. Signage - Corporate identity installations, internally and externally
5. Shop fittings e.g. reception counters and customer service desks
6. HVAC and plumbing installations
7. Electrical installation including testing and certification
8. Car parks, civil works and roadway construction - tarmacadam, hot rolled mastic asphalt, decorative paviours, kerbing and drainage
