- Full co-ordination and supervision of personnel and client based deliveries
- Continual evaluation of completed and ongoing building works
- Ensured adherence to any working restrictions e.g. noise restrictions and deliveries

- Fit Out - Suspended ceilings, aluminum fabrications, stud partitioning, terrazzo flooring, soft flooring, ceramic tiling, decorating, dry lining, formation of floor ducts and drainage systems to refrigeration equipment, checkouts and access systems
- Finishes - Plastering, walls, ceilings, floor finishes, including fire integrity protection
- Signage - Corporate identity installations, internally and externally
- Shop fittings e.g. reception counters and customer service desks
- HVAC and plumbing installations
- Electrical installation including testing and certification
- Car parks, civil works and roadway construction - tarmacadam, hot rolled mastic asphalt, decorative paviours, kerbing and drainage
